Deleting your account and data

You can delete your AUREA Lab account and the data attached to it at any time, without having to ask the studio.
From the app
Open the app, go to “My appointments”, tap the menu in the top right corner, then “Delete my account”. You will be asked to confirm. Deletion is then immediate and permanent.
If you no longer have the app, or can no longer sign in
Write to contact@aurealab.vip from your account’s email address, with “Account deletion” as the subject. Requests are handled within thirty days at most.
What is deleted
- your account and the email address that identifies it;
- your open sessions: you are signed out of all your devices;
- your name, email address, phone number and messages, in all your appointments — past and upcoming.
What remains, and why
The appointments themselves do not disappear from the studio’s diary: they stay there without any identity. The name is replaced by “Deleted account”; the email, phone number and message are cleared. What is left is a time slot, no longer a person. The studio needs it to keep its diary and its accounts.
Your upcoming appointments are automatically canceled at the moment of deletion, and the time slots are made available again. The studio is informed, without your name.
The emails the studio has already sent you — confirmation, reminder — remain in your inbox and in the studio’s: a message that has been sent cannot be recalled. Likewise, an exchange by phone, WhatsApp or social media is not covered by this deletion: please contact the studio directly.
Timing
From the app, deletion is immediate. By email, it takes place within thirty days at most. The hosting provider’s automatic backups may hold a copy for a few more weeks; they are overwritten in rotation and are never consulted.
